The last of the organizations helping to clean up the Fairdale tornado site will be finishing up today.

Todd Aves is a fourth generation dairy farmer. The April 9th tornado caused a thousands of dollars in damage to his Boone County farm.

The three players from the Chicago Bears players will be in Fairdale today in support and to help the tornado victims.

Many people from out of town and state flooded the towns Fairdale and Rochelle to help in the aftermath of the April 9th tornado. One of those groups, Samaritan's Purse, will be on the grounds for the last day today.

We've all heard the saying "and a little child shall lead them". Nothing is more truer than what South Beloit nine year old, Melanie Weber, is doing to help the victims of the April 9th tornado.

Dekalb County Sheriff's Office is reporting that a man from Stillman Valley man has been arrested for looting in Fairdale.

Sometimes it takes an old picture to put things in perspective. The DeKalb and Ogle County Sheriff's Department are in the process of collecting items and photos that have been found in the disaster clean up as a result of the tornadoes that struck DeKalb and Ogle counties.

With all the wonder support flowing into the community to help with the clean up and recovery from last week's tornado, the forest near Fairdale needs your help too.
