Facebook, pretty much all of use it. Some of us more than others.

One thing is for sure, when we're on Facebook we will make a status update.

However, there are six statuses we should stop doing.

These statuses, according to Thought Catalog, are annoying to your friends and followers.

Wow! Really?

What could they be?

The Cliff Hanger: Writing a vague status, so others will comment in asking what's going on.

The Shocker: Writing about something bad, like an accident or emergency. This isn't the best way to inform your friends or family. Panic will set in, call them first.

The Private Message: Writing in vague terms about a private message or situation with someone. Don't share that. We know it's directed to a person, go talk to them.

The Friend Dump: Letting everyone know you cleaned up your friends list and well they made the grade to stay. That's just not cool.

The Minute to Minute: Posting things that your doing- Doing laundry, going to bed. You look like your life is really boring. These status are pointless and have no meaning.

The Overly Hashtagged: Putting in a string of hashtags is really hard to read and figure out what you're trying to say. It's like reading one long word.

Have you been guilty of writing any of these?

Unfortunately, I have been an offender of a couple of these.

Hmmm. I will keep this in mind the next time I post.

What other types of posts do you think should be on this list?
