Okay, so you like to celebrate St Patty's day to the max? Did you forget St Patrick's day is on a Monday and you have to be at work at 8 a.m. on Tuesday? Of course you did.

The most effective cure is to a Post-St Pattys Day hangover is: "Prevention" - that is, drinking in moderation. If you can do that, you'll be fine on Tuesday. If you can't, here are some hangover remedies that a lot of people swear by, however, many people would also argue otherwise

  • 1. A Greasy breakfast. (My favorite)
  • 2. Alka-Seltzer
  • 3. Aspirin or ibuprofen
  • 4. Coffee
  • 5. Water and sports drinks
  • 6. Exercise
  • 7. A Hot Sauna
  • 8. Sleep

Now, before you try any of these remedies I would strongly suggest you read up on the pros and cons of each. We'll see you at work bright and early Tuesday morning!
