Space Jam Bouncing Back To Rockford Area Theaters

If you loved Space Jam when it hit theaters in 1996, there's some good news for you.

Well, good news and bad news. The good news first, Space Jam is celebrating 20 years since it's original release with a short two day run on November 13 and 16.

The bad news? It's not currently scheduled to play in Rockford. After looking at the Fathom Events site, it appears that AMC Showplace 16 in Crystal Lake is the theater closest showing Space Jam.

Space Jam starring Michael Jordan grossed over $230 million worldwide and while rumors persist of a sequel starring LeBron James nothing looks imminent.
