Emotions ran high for a lot of people who witnessed the 2017 solar eclipse on Monday. For one popular TV weatherman, the impact witnessing his first solar eclipse was too much to hold back, even on live TV.

Legendary weatherman Tom Skilling of WGN-TV was on location at a campground in McCanda, IL reporting on the eclipse, when he started to tell his viewers that emotions were running high for many people who are witnessing their first solar eclipse. What Tom didn't realize is that the high emotion of witnessing the eclipse in person would impact him, as well.

I have to admit, when I saw the report, I was crying as well. Tom, we are with you!
