Sleeping Six Hours a Night Isn’t a Bad Thing
Good news for those that regularly sleep 6 hours a night.
It actually is a good thing!According to this study, from the University of Utah School of Medicine, those who average 6 hours of sleep a night are reportedly more happy and outgoing.
Less than one percent of the population are termed as "Short Sleepers". They have no problem with the feelings of apathy, drowsiness or irritability that others suffer from with the lack of sleep.
This study is helpful for scientists to dig deeper into understanding bipolar disorders and obesity.
