Waking up early for work when you've been out late at night is one of the hardest things you'll have to do all week. Here are a few easy and free ways to boost your energy.

 

It's early in the morning and you need to hit it hard for the day. Here are a few tips that I have used that are free and work.

1) Get up when the alarm goes off. Don't hit snooze or just roll in under the covers. Do not      stay in bed, get up and start to move around.

2) Get to natural sunlight as soon as you ca. The deck, the balcony, the porch. Natural            sunlight triggers the body to wake up.

3) Coffee. Sip a cup of coffee to get the caffeine and to get the juices flowing. Not a coffee     drinker? Sniff coffee grounds since the smell sense is so strong, it will also trigger the         body to think it's time to wake up.

4) Eat a breakfast or drink a glass of water within the first hour of waking up. Not only will        it hydrate the body, but it will break the fast of food from your sleeping session and give      your body the energy it needs.
