Round Up For Hunger Benefit With Q98.5

Q98.5 has always helped out The Rock River Valley Pantry when needed. I am happy to announce a new annual fundraiser, "Round Up for Hunger", that I will be hosting and you're invited. Details here.

Thanks to our friends at First Midwest Group, BMO Harris Bank Center and Swedish American Hospital, we will be able to raise funds to help keep the Rock River Valley Pantry doors open feeding families in our own backyard.

The family-friendly event will feature down-home country food, two live bands, line dancing lessons, craft beer samples, a raffle and silent auction. Festivities start at 5:30 PM with food being served at 6:00 PM on September 25 at the Radisson Hotel, 200 Bell School Road, Rockford.

Q98.5 will be on hand with entertainment from Soft Shoe Shuffle and Destination Unknown. The event is $50 per person. All proceeds go to the Rock River Valley Pantry.
