Rockford Woman and Her Employer Collect 21,000 Bottles of Water for Flint

A Rockford woman and her employer, Williams- Manny Insurance, collected 21,000 bottles of water for Flint, Michigan.

WIFR reports that Jessica Spencer of Rockford spent her weekend back home in Flint, Michigan passing out water that she and her company, Williams-Manny collected for the residents.

Jessica and her co-workers form the Rockford, Freeport and Wheaton offices collected $1,200 to purchase water which equaled out to 21,000 bottles.

Jessica says now she's in to the planning phase of her next project to help Flint "of donating filtration systems to houses to make the water safe for people to drink."

Wow! Very cool. What good deed Jessica and Williams-Manny has done to help resients in our neighboring state.
