We have some major Rockford pride for Jeremiah Box who has become a recurring actor and model on 'Chicago Med' and 'Chicago Fire.'

Jeremiah Box, do you know him?

If you don't, you should get to know him, because I have a feeling we'll see his face more and more on TV and the big screen in the coming years.

Jeremiah is a teacher at Harlem High Alternative as well as a personal trainer at Right Time Fitness.

But, he's also sharing the screen with major actors on the very popular Chicago based TV shows, 'Chicago Med' and 'Chicago Fire.'

How cool is that?

So I wanted to know everything about Jeremiah's 'Chicago' career, and I'm sure you do too, here's what he had to say about landing this once in a lifetime opportunity and his future in modeling and acting.

Chicago Fire was my favorite show from the first time it aired. I used to have my basketball coach change practice times so I could be home to watch the show; so it’s such an honor to be on those shows and to know actually be friends with some of my favorite actors and actresses.

The coolest part is seeing how tv actually works. There is so much that goes into a 2min scene that we can’t see watching the show on tv. There’s hundreds of people that make the show work and it’s so cool to see and meet all the individuals that make it work.

For my future: I would love to either get a permanent tv show role or an athletic model. I’ve made it to the top 5 in a few featured role spots but didn’t make it, but that’s ok because I’m just one step closer. This is a very big summer for me as I try out for tv scenes and modeling contracts. All I know is that I will continue to pursue my dreams and see where it takes me!'

Ladies, he also noted he's single and a very great guy.

We are so excited to watch your career grow, Jeremiah!
