The City of Rockford, the Rockford Police Department, and the Center for Nonviolence and Conflict Transformation have teamed up to offer Rockford citizens important job skills like building a website and designing a logo with their new mobile learning lab.

This mobile learning lab is free to use, and the hope is that it will provide residents, especially children, with a positive way to spend their time. The goal is to keep kids learning and engaged during the summer, and off the streets causing trouble.

Volunteers are still needed to help run the lab, so if you are interested in donating your time please call the Rockford Police Department at 815-966-2900.
