Rockford, get ready for the new blonde espresso at Starbucks!

If you're a fan of Starbucks blonde roast coffee like I am, this is great news!

It's been 43 years in the making, according to WGN, but the new addition to their espresso line and menu is well worth it. Or at least I think so.

"The new line offers five new drinks including, the Ice Blonde Americano, Blonde Flat White, Blonde Espresso, Blonde Cappuccino and the Blonde Latte Macchiato."

Can you say yum!

I love their blonde roast coffee. No offense, but sometimes their darker roasts are just too heavy for my liking. They taste sort of burnt if you ask me.

But the blonde roast, hands down is my favorite.

Mmm, mmm. I can't wait to try these here in Rockford!

I am so happy Starbucks has done this.

I'm so going to be using my gift cards for this drink. That is for sure.
