Rockford Coffee Company’s T-shirts and Mugs Will Help A Local Veteran

Here's a bit a positive news for our city.

A Rockford coffee roasting company's t-shirts and mugs will help in the purchasing of a car for a local veteran.

Here's how you can help them do it.

WREX shares that the Fire Dept. Coffee, based here in Rockford, along with surrounding fire departments have joined up to raise funds in obtaining a car for a local Iraq and Afghanistan war veteran.

Fire Dept. Coffee said that they "will donate 100 percent of [the] proceeds [made] from T-shirts [sold] to the Wheels 4 Warriors fundraiser."

Wheels 4 Warriors "will [then] donate a car to a local wounded veteran."

You can help in raising funds to get this specially outfitted car for our local hero by purchasing a t-shirt or mug from now through July. All the proceeds will go to Wheels 4 Warriors which will supply the car for our much deserving veteran.
