OK. Here we are into the third week of the new year, how is your resolution to get healthy going?
Are you finding it a bit hard? No worries, you're not alone.
Maybe these simple tips to revamp your health can help.
Love Live Health has ten tips to revamp your health that aren't hard or expensive to do.
1. Drink more water. I found if I put lemon slices in my 32oz jug I drink more water through out the day.
2. Sweat at least four times a week. That could mean taking the stairs at work or parking in a far away spot and walking.
3. Add Turmeric to your diet.
4. Get more sleep.
5. Go vegan a couple times a week.
