There's been recalls on cereal, romaine lettuce and now Swiss Cake Rolls?

My heart just broke a little. Swiss Rolls are a constant in our pantry, especially the off-brand ones from Aldi. I just bought some more yesterday ,and ate one, since I'm being honest. I sure hope it wasn't one included in this recall because Salmonella is something I DO NOT want to ever mess with.

Flowers Foods issued a press release yesterday saying;

 As a precautionary measure, Flowers Foods, Inc. (NYSE: FLO) is voluntarily recalling Swiss Rolls sold under the brand names Mrs. Freshley's, Food Lion, H-E-B, Baker's Treat, Market Square, and Great Value, distributed nationwide...due to the potential presence of Salmonella in an ingredient, whey powder.

No illnesses have been reported yet in connection to this recall, but you better check your pantry twice for any of these items, just to be safe.
