Protesters Close Down Major Illinois Expressway

A large group protesters blocked several lanes of the Dan Ryan Expressway earlier this evening.

The protesters are protesting against police brutality. The demonstrators managed to block several lanes near 51st Street. The protest comes on the heels of two police shootings that were captured on video that occurred in the past two days.
