Prosser’s Chop House is Changing Names and Services

Prosser's Chop House in Machesney Park just announced that they are changing names and will be offering new services focusing on banquets.

WREX reports that the fine dining restaurant is changing it's name from Prosser's Chop House to Forest Ridge Event Center.

They will now be focusing on banquets, special events including wedding.As the facility has more "than 4,000 square feet of space that can accommodate up to 500 guests."

Wow! I think that's exciting as now there's another option for the stateline to hold their special events. Which, I'm pretty sure of this, will have fantastic food as the Forest Ridge Event Center will be connected to Henrici Catering which is owned by the Prosser Family that brought us Prosser's Chop House and currently owns Hoffman House.

By the way if you have existing gift cards for Prosser's they will be honored at these locations:  Hoffman House, Scoreboard Bar & Grill, Firehouse Pub in Roscoe or Ishnala Supper Club in Lake Delton, Wis.
