‘Pretty in Pink’ Is Returning to Rockford Theater for 30th Anniversary

We still love the movie as much as we did when it first came out, but 'Pretty in Pink', starring Molly Ringwald and Andrew McCarthy, turns 30 years old on February 28, 2016, so several Chicago-area movie theaters are celebrating the milestone with special showings of the classic movie; including one in Rockford!

When I saw this post from the Chicago Tribune show up in my Facebook page yesterday, my heart skipped a beat...

Of course I had to find out which "Chicago-area" theaters would be showing the movie, and boy was I pleasantly surprised to find out Showplace 16 on East State Street in Rockford is one of them!
