Pot Holes Bring Smiles [Video]

It's spring here in the stateline area, and you know what that means... Pot hole season!

Here's one Chicago man's quest to turn those frustrated frowns at pot holes into smiles.

Who would have thought just a little cement and mosaic tiles could make something so ugly and destructive to our vehicles into something fun and pretty?

Rockford has plenty of those around town. Heck right here in this subdivision I dodge around several just getting to work.

Just think of what a difference those mosaic potholes could make right here in the Forest City!
