Tragedy struck the town of Sycamore Monday night as two residents died after a forced entry into their home. Police are looking for the person or persons involved in the crime.DeKalb County Sheriff's Office reported that at around 6pm on Monday, DeKalb County Sheriff's office received a death investigation call at 16058 Old State Road in Sycamore.

Upon arrival police found two victims deceased inside the residence from apparent blunt force trauma.The crime has shaken up this small community located near DeKalb.

WGN-TV reports that 85-year-old Patricia Wilson and her 64-year-old son Robert Wilson were found dead.

It appears that there was forced entry into the home. The DeKalb County Major Case squad was activated, which consists of numerous detectives from area jurisdictions that are actively working on the case.
