If you have kids in the grades between 5th and 9th and love video games, NIU is offering the summer camp of all camps for them this June - July.

Mystateline.com shares that starting this week and every week through the end of July your kids that are in 5th through 9th grade can join their video game design camp.

Each week the camps offer different aspects about video gaming. Your kids can not only play games but learn all the elements that go into making video games.

I will caution you the day camps are not cheap. The costs are "day camps are priced at $250 a week, residential camps $650."

Here is the schedule for the the camps.

June 11 – Just for Girls! Video Game Design (Day Camp)

June 18 – Minecraft and Video Game Design (Day Camp)

June 24 – STEM Video Games Camp (High School Residential Camp)
