New Apartment Complex Taking Over Abandoned Rockford Building

If you've been having a tough time finding an apartment in Rockford, your answer might be coming soon!

Rockford Proud make a pretty cool announcement on Instagram yesterday, sharing that a building that's been abandoned for quite a while is being turned into an apartment complex.

It's been nine years since anyone lived in The Valencia Apartments, but that will change as early as the end of 2016.

According to the IG post, the complex is under renovation and should be able to house a lot of Rockford residents, 32 apartments to be exact!
