Need a Quick Meal
Ok here it is. My quick meal for the week. This recipe would be great for lunch or a light dinner.
If you need a quick yet tasty meal, try this version of tuna salad. Instead of Mayonnaise I used Pesto Sauce.
All you need is:
1 can of tuna
3 to 4 spoonfuls of Classico's Pesto Sauce
1 hard boiled egg chopped
handful of chopped cilantro (add as much as you like
a few green olives chopped (this is optional. I also put a little bit of olive juice from the jar into the mix.)
1 slice of cheese (American or your favor)
1 slice of bread (I used light Wheat Bread)
Mix the tuna, pesto, egg, cliantro and olives together spread on the bread, top with cheese then broil for 5 minutes or the cheese is melted to your liking.
