‘Nashville’ Stars to Launch U.K. Tour This Summer

Four of the stars of ABC's Nashville will head overseas for a series shows in the United Kingdom this summer.

Clare Bowen, Chris Carmack, Charles Esten and Sam Palladio will play in England and Scotland, for the Nashville cast's first-ever international tour, this June. “The Nashville cast is comprised of individuals who excel as actors, musicians, songwriters and performers. Since the first night the series went on the air, the castmembers have also become incredible ambassadors for our Tennessee home, connecting with viewers around the world via television," Steve Buchanan, president of Opry Entertainment, says in a press release. "Everyone is thrilled about the opportunity to be face to face with our fans throughout the U.K. during these intimate, exciting performances celebrating the best of Nashville.”

Nashville airs in more than 70 countries, including the U.K., across six continents. The show is currently in Season 4 in the U.S., and Season 4 will begin airing in the U.K. this spring. In January, ABC's president, Paul Lee, confirmed that there are no plans to end the series anytime soon.

“If you consider the unique ingredients of our show, we will find new fans. More and more people will discover the show, be told about the show in years to come,” Nashville executive producer Steve Buchanan says. “There’s a long life cycle for a television property like Nashville.”
