Man Stopped at the DeKalb DUI Checkpoint Releases Follow-Up Statement [Video]

As reported here on Sunday, a citizen of DeKalb was stopped at a DUI Checkpoint conducted by Illinois State Police in DeKalb over the weekend and filmed his encounter with Illinois State Police. The Video went viral. Up until this point, he as not issued a statement, until today. Here are his video comments.
