Yes, you read that right these brownies have no flour, dairy or sugar added to them. They are are perfect for anyone who has food allergies. Plus, they taste super chocolatey too.

I love dark chocolate so these brownies are mighty fine with me. Serve them with a scoop of vanilla ice cream or some hot chocolate sauce and you've got an amazing dessert.

Ingredients

  • 4 eggs
  • 1/3 cup maple syrup
  • 1/2 cup honey
  • 1 1/4 cup cocoa powder
  • 1 tsp vanilla
  • 1/3 cup coconut oil

Instructions

  1. Mix all ingredients with a hand or stand mixer to combine well.
  2. Pour into a greased loaf pan.
  3. Bake at 350 degrees for 25 minutes, or until toothpick comes out clean.
  4. Cool completely before cutting and serving.
