Magic Waters Waterpark will be opening for the 2017 season on May 27, and one major policy change has been made for this year; outside food will no longer be allowed inside the park.

For frequent visitors and season pass holders, planning for a day of fun at Magic Waters often involves packing a cooler full of snacks and beverages. Well, that is one task you won't have to worry about this year, because outside food will no longer be allowed into the waterpark. Bummer!

According to the Magic Waters website;

For everyone's safety, guests are not permitted to bring coolers or outside food or beverages into Magic Waters Waterpark with the exception of one (20 ounce or less) factory sealed non-alcoholic beverage per person. Exceptions will be made for guests with special dietary needs to include food allergies and baby food/formula.

The website also states that patrons who still want to bring their own food, may, but they will need to eat it outside the park at one of the Luau Lane Picnic areas located in the parking lots. Well, I guess that's a good option for those that want to save money, but it kind of puts a damper on all those waves of fun, don't you think?
