Local Meat Shops Crowned Grand Champions at Illinois State Fair

Congratulations to Main Street Meat Company in Roscoe and their hickory smoked bacon for receiving the Grand Champion award for best bacon at the 2015 Illinois State Fair. I'm drooling just hearing about it...

Thank goodness we now know where to go to get the best meat in the Stateline to make this year's Labor Day cookout one for the record books. I'm sure they will sell out quick, so maybe we should all think about making a pre-order now!
