Illinois Police Department Has fun With Former Rockford Weatherman

Remember Eric Sorensen? A proud Rockfordian and former Chief Meterologist at WREX? Eric has always been a favorite of mine due to his fun personality and extreme love for his profession.

This morning I came across a tweet the Moline Police Department sent out last night during the ice storm that had me thinking Eric's personality must be rubbing off on his entire viewing audience. Either that, or the Moline Police Department has always been funny. Either way, I like it.

Clever way to get the point across, don't ya think? Now, how will they out-do themselves next time there's icy or extremely snowy weather? I can't wait to see.
