Illinois Makes ‘States With Worst DUI Problems’ List

Illinois made another list, this time its about DUI's. Is this a good or a bad thing?Chalk it up as a win for Illinois! Somehow someway the Land of Lincoln didn't top the list of States With Worst D.U.I. Problems.

I'm kind of surprised by this list because, well, have you driven in Illinois? The state isn't filled with the safest and smartest drivers, but give credit where credit is due, and this is one of those cases.

Illinois ranked in at number 48 on a chart put together by BackGroundChecks.org.

How did our neighbors up north do?

Wisconsin is at #14, which is no surprise.  We've all seen the multiple O.W.I. stories out of Beloit and Janesville. Maybe they need more Uber drivers?
