I came across a story today on WGN that gave me all the good feels.

If you need a heavy dose of Christmas spirit, just turn to this 4-year-old girl in Arlington Heights named Delaney.

Ashley Herling, Delaney's mother, told WGN that "her daughter Delaney begged her parents to let her start a lemonade stand since they moved into their new house three months ago. They let up this winter, and helped her put on a hot cocoa stand instead".

Delaney's stand was called "Cocoa For A Cause" and in just one day she raised over $300 which she immediately used to buy toys, puzzles, games, movies and more for children in the pediatric unit at Advocate Lutheran General Hospital in Park Ridge, IL.

Way to go, Delaney! You touched so many lives with your kind and giving heart. You just provided an amazing example of what Christmas Spirit is all about, and that is exactly what this world needs a whole lot more of! Thank you.
