For as long as I can remember, a "hot dog" has been referred to as a sandwich. This apparently is not true, and there's more.

According to Washington Post a sandwich is anything between two slices of bread....Hold onto your wiener people.

There are eight categories for food, each defined by the placement of the starch...here are rules and the REASON a hot dog in a taco:

  • Use a cube as your guideline for where the bread or starch goes, that will tell you what it is.
  • Starch only on the bottom, it’s a toast.
  • Starch on the top and bottom with no connection it's a sandwich.
  • Starch on the bottom and two opposing sides is a taco.
  • A hot dog is a taco.
  • Mind blown

Take this to Christmas and debate.
