Grubsteakers in Rochelle Rebuilds [Video]

It's hard to believe that it was just nine months ago that the family restaurant (pictured above) at the intersections of Highway 251 and IL State Route 64 was demolished by and EF-4 tornado.

Now fast forward to see that Grubsteakers in Rochelle is on the rise as it's being rebuilt as I type this.

According to WREX the restaurant is targeted to be open just a few shortly after it's year anniversay, April 9th, or that devastating tornado that tore through Northern Illinois that fateful night.

I don't know about you but I get a little misty eyed over this. I grew up with that infamous restaurant on that corner it's just nice to see something going back in that otherwise vacant spot.
