I love vegetables. I really have no problem eating most of them.

Well all except Lima beans (which taste like paste) and cooked spinach (Ugh! Can't stand the smell).

Have you ever ran into the situation as a parent when your children won't eat their vegetables?

According to Northwestern University Researchers, Michael Maimaran and Ayelet Fishback, there's a secret.

So what's this secret to get your kids to eat their veggies?

Don't say anything. They say to ignore that there's veggies on their plate and also, to make them look so appealing as if they are the best  thing ever to eat.

Hmm...Is it really that simple?

O.K. parents I need your thoughts here. Will that really work?

What do you do?
