General Mills Recalls Frozen Green Beans Due to Listeria Scare

General Mills has announced they are recalling a limited number of their Cascadian Farm Cut Green Beans after one package tested positive for the presence of Listeria.

Packages involved in the recall have "Better If Used By" dates of: 10APR2016 and 11APR2016.

In their press release General Mills states that this recall is totally precautionary, and that "No related illnesses have been reported in connection with this product."

If you have product involved in this recall you are directed to dispose of it immediately, and to call Cascadian Farm Consumer Relations at 1-800-624-4123 for a replacement.
