This is a message for Mom's and Dad's with little ones and for those who care for babies... Please read this!

Fischer Price is recalling a line of their infant seats.

ABC7 shared a report from the Consumer Product Safety Commission, that several models of the Fischer Price infant seat are being recalled due to a fire hazard.

Fire Hazard! Really? Oh my gosh. How scary.

Moms and Dads listen up! If you have the Fischer Price "Soothing Motions Seats with model numbers CMR35, CMR36, CMR37, and DYH22 and Smart Connect Soothing Motions Seats with model number CMR39", these are being recalled due to the motor overheating. Only one case has been reported of catching fire and at this time no injuries have been reported.

However, to keep your babies safe, the commission urges you to discontinue the use of these infant seats and "to contact Fisher-Price for a full refund."

If you have one of these models here's how to contact the company:

Call "Fisher-Price at 800-432-5437 from 9 a.m. to 6 p.m. ET Monday through Friday, or [go] online at www.service.mattel.com and click on Recalls & Safety Alerts for more information."
Wow! I don't have a baby but several of friends do. this is definitely a message to pass on to them if they have one of seats in their home, parent's/ grandparent's home, or even with their babysitters or child care provider.
