Popular Wrestler Sports Illinois Coffee Company’s T-Shirt On National TV

This is exactly what happened on professional wrestling show on national TV. It’ll totally make sense if you’ve followed professional wrestling within the last decade or more.
CM Punk (Phil Brooks) is arguably one of the biggest names in professional wrestling in the last decade on a worldwide level. Even before his time in WWE and AEW, he had quite the fan base on the independent circuit. He’s a true Illinois boy who is a huge sports fan and loves pretty much all Chicago teams, especially the Chicago Cubs.
CM Punk: Chicago Made Punk
It’s not unusual for the current AEW World Champion to be spotted at Wrigley Field or the United Center when he’s not putting people to sleep in the ring. The Chicago-made straight-edge punk is definitely proud of his Illinois roots as he also attends concerts around the area too.
On the August 17, 2022 edition of AEW Dynamite on TBS, CM Punk (AEW World Champion) and Jon Moxley (interim AEW World Champ) confronted one another while Punk was wearing a t-shirt I did not expect to see. While shocked, I wasn’t surprised because CM Punk has made several appearances in the town where the shirt came from.
Right there, on national television, CM Punk was wearing a shirt from an Illinois coffee company. This isn’t just any coffee company either, there is a tremendous cause attached the company. The company’s mission is to give back to support injured and ill first responders.
