I wouldn't have believed this if I hadn't of tried it.

Using this simple technique, I really did fall asleep in a minute. Or at least I think it was a minute.

I'm not sure because I don't remember making it through the third time of doing this simple "4-7-8 breathing trick."

What is that exactly? Well it's simply breathe in through your nose for four seconds, hold your breath for seven seconds, and exhale through your mouth for eight seconds.

Doing this relaxes your body, slows your heart rate and calms your mind and  breathing.

Think about this. Most likely the times when you're having a hard time going to sleep is because your stressed or anxious. This causes adrenaline courses through your veins which then speeds up your heart beats at a rapid rate, and your breathing becomes quick and shallow.

Doing this technique forces your body to slow down and your go into a calmer state.

I tried this last night, and as I said before I don't remember finishing the third round in doing this.
