Last night I was feeling a little nostalgic. With it being August and school almost starting I remember a fantastic dessert item my former grade school , Kings Consolidated, used to serve for lunch.

Chocolate Peanut Butter Balls with Powdered Sugar.

This treat is so easy to make and the best part... it requires no baking.

I found this recipe on Cooks.com.

I a 1/2 cup of mini-chocolate chips to the mix. (That's how they made them in grade school.)

Peanut Butter Balls

1 Cup and 1/4 cup of powdered sugar

1/2 Cup peanut butter

1 Tbsp. cocoa

1 Tbsp. milk

1 Tbsp. vanilla

*1/2 Cup mini-chocolate chips (optional)

In a large bowl combine the 1 cup powdered sugar and cocoa. Stir in the peanut butter, milk, vanilla and chocolate chips. Form into balls. Roll each ball in the 1/4 cup of powdered sugar. Place on plate and serve. Put leftovers into the freezer.

See it's super easy, but so tasty.
