Dumbest Mug Shot Ever: “I Do Dumb Things”

There is nothing funny about drinking and driving, but this guy's stupidity defies all logic.

A man is arrested for his ninth DWI, and the t-shirt he was wearing in his mug shot says it all.

KBTX TV reports that a Temple, TX man was in the Bell County Jail on after an arrest for driving while intoxicated. The T-shirt he wore in his mug shot had local lawmen laughing, although the serious charge did not.

Luciano Gutierrez was arrested Thursday and charged with his ninth DWI.

An officer stopped Gutierrez on November 24, 2014 and charged him with DWI. After the case was reviewed by the Bell County Attorney and the prior convictions were confirmed, the case was sent to the District Attorney because the latest charge was enhanced to a felony.

Gutierrez' bond was set at $25,000.
