If you plan on traveling to Chicago's South Side, be extra cautious.

WGN-TV is reporting that according to Chicago police, in the Fuller Park neighborhood on the South Side, a group of robbers have been using fake road blocks to attack drivers.

The incidents have occurred on two occasions over the last five days in the 300 and 400 blocks of west 51st Street, around 6 p.m.

Here's what happens: The driver approaches and stops at a construction barrel blocking the street and attempts to move it, shortly after, three or four suspects start robbing and attacking the motorist.

WGN-TV reports that police have only released vague descriptions of the suspects.
