Cole Swindell's Down Home Sessions III EP will hit before the end of October, but first, the singer is sharing the track listing and album cover.

The project will feature five new songs and will coincide with Swindell's third annual Down Home Tour. The trek kicks off Oct. 26 at Cain’s Ballroom in Tulsa, Okla., and will wrap in December, stopping at many intimate venues along the way. Swindell will be bringing fellow Cole, Cole Taylor, as an opening act, in addition to Travis Denning and Jon Langston.

“I can’t wait for my Down Home Tour this year, and am really excited to partner with CMT this time,” Swindell says. “The fans in these cities and towns have been behind me since I first played in these clubs — supporting me in every way. Sending me Facebook messages and tweets. They have called radio stations to request my songs and spent their hard-earned money to buy my CDs and concert tickets. I have always looked at this tour as a way to get back ‘Down Home’ where they gave me my start and just to say thank you.”

Down Home Sessions III is slated for release on Oct. 28 and will be available for pre-order Oct. 21. Fans who preorder the EP will immediately get "You’ve Got My Number," followed by "Chevrolet DJ" on Oct. 26.
