Over 33,600 Build-A-Bear stuffed animals have been recalled.Have you visited a Build-A-Bear Workshop location? They are so much fun! Kids have the chance to create their own stuffed "best friend" that is 100% unique to them.

Parents, however, you might want to take note of the fact that many of these animal creations have been recalled due to a choking hazard.

The Consumer Product Safety Commission has announced a recall for ‘Starbrights Dragons’. These items were sold in The United States and Canada.

The satin seam of the stuffed animal can open, allowing the stuffing material to be exposed, posing a choking hazard for young children.

As of now, no incidents have been reported yet, but Build-A-Bear is taking a cautionary approach.

The Consumer Product safety commission recommends that consumers should immediately take the recalled stuffed animal away from children and return it to any Build-A-Bear Workshop store to receive a coupon for any Build-A-Bear stuffed animal.

The nearest location here in the Stateline is at Cherryvale Mall

You can find more information at the Build-A-Bear Workshop website.
