Kind of blows your mind doesn't it? We've always heard how too many sweets like chocolate and other candies could bring on diabetes. Now eating a little chocolate a week, one to two servings, can actually keep diabetes away.

They believe the reasoning for this may have to do with previous studies where it was shown that both cocoa and chocolate improve insulin resistance.

Now that is good news. No need to feel guilty for snagging that Hershey's Miniature.
