Chipotle Mexican Grill will soon offer its entry level, hourly employees perks given to salaried workers.

This move could change the entire structure of companies as America knows it. Here are some of the perks being handed out. 

From the Corporate Office in Denver, Colorado, Chipotle Mexican Grill announced it will soon offer its entry level, hourly employees some of the same perks given to salaried workers.

Those benefits include paid sick time, paid vacations and tuition reimbursement. A spokesman for the restaurant confirms the changes will go into effect on July 1.

According to ABC News 7 In Chicago, Chipotle executives first announced the news at a convention in Dallas last week, according to a report in Restaurant News. Executives hope the added benefits will help them recruit more high school and college students, and provide employees with more advancement opportunities.

There is no word if there are conditions employees might have to meet in order to qualify for the new perks.
