Every time I drive by the old Lundgren's Camera building on Perryville Road in Rockford, I think to myself, "I can't believe some other business hasn't snapped this great location up already?!?" Well, it turns out someone did.

Children's resale shop, Once Upon A Child, is currently busy reconstructing the space, and are hoping to be open to buy our gently used kids stuff by May 1, 2016. Rockford residents may remember this company name as they used to have a location years back in the Forest Plaza on East State Street.

Once Upon A Child is owned by the same company that owns Plato's Closet, so the process for buying and selling merchandise operates the same way. Get more information on how you can sell your kids' stuff at Once Upon A Child here.

If you, or someone you know, is looking for a job, Once Upon A Child is currently hiring both full and part-time employees for the Rockford store.

Personally, I can't wait for this store to open because it is great place to get tons of low priced "play clothes" for all the summer fun (and dirt) ahead!
