Chicago Cubs Announce 2017 Spring Training Schedule

Think warm temperatures, think Spring 2017, think Chicago Cubs preseason baseball!

Granted, the weather here in February is very cold, but in Mesa, AZ, the weather is spectacular and Cubs are all set to go.

Sure the season just ended, but all eyes are already watching as the Cubs gear up for spring training.

It's official, Saturday February 25th has been announced as the date for the split squad opener at Sloan Park in Mesa, AZ. Look for half of Madden's players in Mesa to take on the Athletics. At the other end of the valley, the other half squad will battle the Athletics in Scottsale.

If you are planning to travel to the desert southwest, here's the preseason line-up.
