Chicago Bulls Boot Boozer

Thank you Carlos Boozer. His run with the Chicago Bulls is over.

NBC Chicago and The Chicago Sun-Times are reporting this morning that the team has decided to amnesty the power forward, meaning he'll be cut from the team but still receive his $16.8 million salary which won't count against the cap.

The extra cash in the salary cap will enable Chicago to go after more free agents.
