The three players from the Chicago Bears players will be in Fairdale today in support and to help the tornado victims.

WTVO news reports that Bears players, Ryan Mundy, Blake Annen, and Will Sutton will be in Fairdale today at 10:30 am to help in the clean up of debris from the April 9th tornado. They will also meet with the families and the first responders during their visit.

The Bears have also made a $100,000 donation to the United Way of the Rock River Valley to assist in the recovery and aid of those affected from the EF-4 tornado two weeks ago the decimated the rural town.

WOW! The outpouring of care and concern for the tornado victims has been huge but an awesome heart warming response.

If anything, the horrific tornado has proven to not beat us down but only made us, the people of Rochelle, Fairdale, Kirkland, Kings, Cherry  Valley and Belvidere only stronger.
