If you have recently upgraded your cell phone and now are wondering what to do with your old phone, why not donate it for our soldiers serving overseas?

Here's a program I just found out about, through WREX news, that  Keep Northern Illinois Beautiful, it's called "Cell Phones for Soldiers".

Every Saturday and Tuesday from now through June 16th, K.N.I.B. will be collecting cellphones to be given to our soldiers overseas so they can make calls back home.

The Saturday collection hours are from 9am - 12 pm at either 4665 Hydraulic Road in Rockford or at 13125 N. 2nd Street in Roscoe.

Tuesday collection hours are from 2pm - 5pm at 4665 Hydraulic Road in Rockford.

Visit knib.org for more details on this program and other recycling and collection needs.
